چکیده
Background and Purpose: The frozen section analysis results help determine the appropriate surgery treatment for patients with endometrial adenocarcinoma. This study investigates degree of compliance between final pathology reports in cancer.
Methods: included 357 adenocarcinoma who underwent operation, follow-up, at our hospital. patients’ demographic, clinical, surgical, pathological data were retrospectively analyzed. We compared specimens terms pathology, tumor grade, myometrial invasion, size, lymphovascular system involvement (LVSI).
Results: size LVSI significantly correlated when divided by type (tumor size: P=0.006, LVSI: P=0.024) or risk lymph node (P=0.000). Overall, had an accuracy 70% grades. histological 77.1% 1 tumors 72.7% 2 tumors. 95% invasion. Conclusion: Intraoperative can prevent unnecessary dissection performed qualified institutions.

The Relationship between Size of Adenocarcinoma of Colon and Lymph Node Involvement
Background and Objectives: Involvement of lymph nodes is an important prognostic factor in the most cancers, including colorectal cancer. In the recent years, invasion to blood and lymphatic vessels has been shown to predict involvement of lymph nodes and the number of involved nodes has been less studied issue. The aim of this study was determination of the relationship between the size of col...
متن کاملRelationship between Non-Technical Factors and Diagnostic Accuracy of Frozen Section in Axillary Lymph Nodes in Patients with Breast Cancer
Background and purpose: Regional lymph node involvement is one of the main prognostic factors for breast cancer. Intraoperative assessment of sentinel lymph node biopsy (SLNB) by frozen section (FS) allows necessary axillary lymph node dissection (ALND) at the same time. But, false negative results are the main problems of the FS. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship betwee...
